If there is no account shown, you must first "Prepare Staging Table" before you can import. Only users with Edit permission to the module can see the menu option "Prepare Staging Table". Also review the UserImport section under the module Settings page to setup advanced import parameters. Clean up the staging table: If you need to clear the staging table to get ready for another import, click on "Purge Accounts from Staging Table".
